I'm Cristina. I've spent years working alongside people whose whole identity is search engine optimization, so I know the playbook agencies actually use. I also know which parts of it matter for a local service business versus which parts are just expensive busywork.
What I noticed: the local pros people actually rave about, the ones their neighbors recommend, often have no Google presence at all. The businesses ranking at the top aren't always the best ones, just the ones who set their profile up properly. That's a solvable problem.
